Solar Wines is a journey into making small batch wines that tell the story of unique sites around Victoria.
They source the best grapes they can find, from small growers who work sustainably and maintain the natural energy of the fruit. They work with wild yeasts and let the character of the site and the fruit shine.
Most of their wines are intended to be drunk young and fresh, which we think best captures the energy and focus of the variety and most importantly, the site.
